book the florist

the booking process

  1. Consultation

We’ll talk about all things floral! This is the time to bring out any inspirational photos or mood boards that you may have. We’ll cover important details such as color schemes, design preferences, and volume.

  2. Proposal

Next, we’ll get to designing and propose a floral plan with a custom quote. You can expect to preview design samples, and make revisions if necessary.

  3. Getting Real

After you’ve researched and reviewed, it’s time to choose your florist! When you are ready to book with us, we’ll send over our contract and require a 50% security deposit to lock in your event date.

  4. Touch-Base

As time goes by, we’ll connect with you once more to revisit the floral plan and finalize the remaining details; such as delivery, setup, and take down.

  5. Final Payment & Execution

The final payment will be the remaining balance owed, which will be due 1 week before the event. Once that is collected, all that is left is to work our magic!

FAQs

  • We do not accept requests for white floral design at this time, including partially white floral designs. We may use white as an accent, but our primary focus is on color; bold to pastel, monochromatic, ombre, and color block.

  • For weddings, our minimum is $800. For other events, it’s $500. We no longer offer gift, sympathy, or holiday arrangements.

  • 6+ months ahead. We may accommodate events on shorter notice if there is availability, but dates are on a first come first serve basis with the Summer months and long weekends booking up the quickest.

  • Basic flowers are available all year round, like carnations, roses, and hydrangeas to name a few. Specialty flowers, like dahlias and peonies, are seasonal. It’s best to keep an open mind when it comes to flower types; as the more specific you are the more likely you will be met with disappointment. Flower availability is not a 100% guaranteed, due to unpredictable growing seasons and import limitations.

We do not offer faux or dried floral arrangements.

  • Ensure that the florals stay hydrated, especially when they are not in use. Bridal party bouquets will come with their own vases, and large features that don’t have a direct water source can be misted with a spray bottle or topped up with water daily. The latter will be most useful for maintaining your arrangements after your event. Lastly, keep the flowers away from direct sunlight and maintain them in as cool of an environment as possible!
